QUALIFICATIONS

Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist Certificate and/or other such appropriate certificate as required by the State of New Jersey Board of Examiners.
Knowledge of skill and ability to implement current physical therapy practices and techniques.
Ability to set up equipment and lifting, transferring and positioning students.
Ability to work well with students, members of the school community and the general public in a patient and caring way, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
SEMI logging experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee must demonstrate physical strength, agility, and energy to perform essential job functions and to ensure health, welfare, and safety of all students and of self. The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by the employee to perform the essential functions of the job: sitting, standing, reaching, walking, lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, finger dexterity, carrying, repetitive motions, speaking, listening, and visual acuity. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status

Must be NJ resident within one year from date of hire
